Vibe Arcade is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you visit our website and use our services.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

• Information you give us. If you use the contact form or submit a game idea, we receive what you type into it — typically a name or handle, an email address so we can reply, and your message or idea. Vibe Arcade has no user accounts, so there is no registration and no profile.
• Usage data. Standard information about how the site is used, including IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages visited, and basic gameplay events such as when a game is started. This is used in aggregate.
• Cookies and similar technologies. Used for analytics, for advertising (see section 4), and for basic site function such as remembering that you dismissed the cookie notice.
• Data stored in your own browser. High scores, game progress, achievements and any leaderboard display name you choose are kept in your browser's local storage and, for games with a public leaderboard, on our server alongside the display name you entered. A leaderboard display name is public — please do not use your real name or email address as one. Clearing your browser data removes the local copy.

We use the collected information to:

• Provide, secure and improve the site and its games.
• Respond to your inquiries and process submissions.
• Analyze usage patterns to enhance user experience.
• Serve and measure advertising, which is what keeps the games free.

• Service providers who operate parts of the site on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting, content delivery and security), Google (Analytics, Tag Manager and AdSense advertising), and Formspree (delivery of messages sent through the contact form).

When you first visit the site you are shown a notice about cookies. Requests go through the contact page and are handled by the person who runs the site.

Because there are no user accounts, the only personal information we normally hold is what you chose to send us through the contact or idea form, plus any public leaderboard display name you entered.

9. Children's Privacy

Vibe Arcade is a general-audience site. Many of the games are simple enough for children to enjoy, but the site is not directed to children under 13, we do not knowingly collect personal information from them, and we do not ask any visitor for personal details in order to play. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through the contact or idea form, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy periodically. Changes will be posted here with the updated date.
