Rules and Conditions for Using Vibe Arcade's AI-Powered Gaming Platform
Last Updated: September 7, 2026
Vibe Arcade (“the Site”) is operated by a single independent developer. By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms are a binding agreement between you and the operator of Vibe Arcade. We may modify them at any time; material changes will be reflected in the “Last Updated” date above, and your continued use after that date means you accept the change.
Vibe Arcade does not offer user accounts and does not ask you to register. You can play every game without signing up, and there is no login, password or profile to manage.
The games, text, graphics and code on Vibe Arcade are owned by the operator of the Site or its licensors, except for third-party libraries used under their own licences and third-party names used descriptively (see section 6).
You agree not to:
The Site is supported by third-party display advertising, including Google AdSense. Advertisements are labelled and are served outside the game area; nothing on the Site is gated behind viewing an advertisement. We do not control the content of third-party advertisements and do not endorse the products or services they promote. How advertising cookies work and how to opt out of personalised advertising is set out in our Privacy Policy.
You may not copy, redistribute, sell or reverse-engineer the Site or its games without written consent. Some articles on this Site compare our games to other games and refer to third-party products by name. Those names and trademarks belong to their respective owners; they are used descriptively for comparison and identification, and their use does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those owners.
If you believe material on this Site infringes your copyright, contact us through the contact page with a description of the work, the URL of the material, and your contact details. We remove infringing material promptly on a valid notice.
The games and much of the written content on this Site are written by AI models — no part of the code is authored by hand — and are then reviewed by a person before release, who directs any fix rather than making it directly, as described on our About page. Despite that review, generated content can contain errors. The Site is provided for entertainment and nothing on it is professional advice.
The Site and its games are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of Vibe Arcade is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the Site. Because the Site is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred United States dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case they apply to the fullest extent permitted and nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may add, change, suspend or remove games and features at any time without notice. Games are occasionally withdrawn when they do not meet the quality bar described on the About page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the state and federal courts located in California have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer resident in another country, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live.
We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
Vibe Arcade is run by one person. Questions about these Terms, copyright notices and everything else go through the contact page or directly to vibearcade2@hotmail.com, both of which are read by the site's operator. Copyright notices should use the email address so there is a dated record.
